He has a severe fracture to his leg and the medical team are concerned about a potential arterial bleed. As Antonio goes for a CT scan, his mother Dawn explains how he was hyperactive as a child and struggled at school, with teachers unable to cope with his behaviour. But as he's grown up, motorbikes have captured his attention and given him focus. Forty-year-old Karen has fallen off her horse, which then trampled on her.
