Bill puts together healthy lunch boxes for the family, then heads to teach at a Suburban Tech College in South West Sydney to inspire a group of students. Flipping pancakes and trading jokes are the order of the day. Then it's on to teach a group of men unfamiliar with the kitchen - it's a challenge, but robust humour sees the accomplishment of a roast with style.
