Location: Acapulco Jose Sanchez, the owner of a large complex of Acapulco hotels, hires V.E.N.O.M. to destroy all other land around his own property, by turning it in to a desert wasteland. After the land is destroyed he plans to buy it real cheap and restore the land with a rehydrator machine.
