An air show in Mannheim, Germany comes to a tragic end when a Chinook helicopter crashes along the Autobahn. A tanker truck explodes on an Oakland freeway overpass, causing the structure to collapse. And oil workers hit a real gusher: a mud volcano, which has left some villages buried 16 feet deep, and may continue to spew mud for years, or even centuries.
