Oh, dear! Screech is angry because the gang forgot his birthday. To make it up to him, they promote him to hall monitor. As he is out patrolling the hallways, they put together a fast mercy party to make up for their forgetfulness. But Screech gets back at them and puts them all in detention along with the rest of the school! But they get out in time to throw the fastest birthday party ever- in Mr. Belding's office!
