Tom is servant to a witch who needs a mouse to complete her magic potion. But Jerry escapes, which leads to a chase where they encounter another witch, who's feuding with the other. Each witch uses the cat and mouse to play pranks on the other, escalating to the point where Tom and Jerry decide to put a stop to it. Once the witches make peace, it leads to a shocking revelation for the duo.
