Lieutenant Riza Hawkeye recruits an unlikely new ally for Colonel Roy Mustang, whilst Edward and Alphonse return to Rush Valley to get Edward's automail arm, but the brothers encounter Ling Yao from Xing, and his two dangerous bodyguards.
