But the place where it is going to built is the home of a rare rodent. Kim stands up to protect the rodent's home and at first Jack disagrees with her. Luke pretends he is going to protect the rodent but is really going to get rid of it to build the rink to sell his merchandise. Jerry and Eddie become the testers of skating gear to impress some cute girls.
