In River Cottage - Gone Fishing! Hugh travels the length and breadth of Britain on a tireless quest to find an eco-friendly seafood source that's both delicious and nutritious. Beginning his culinary journey in the Channel Isles, he hopes to discover the top-notch, sustainable seafood that we really should be eating.
