Vorige aflevering:67 Series Finale
In the two-hour Finale, Ed Lynch and Fiona have since left Mara and Alice is back at Leopards Den. Combining work and caring for baby Robert leads to tensions with Danny, and new neighbor Martin at Mara makes a play for Alice. Liv and Fatani face relationship challenges; nobody likes Rosie's fiancé Dylan; and a trip to the doctor brings a frightening prognosis for Du Plessis. The family is devastated when their three-legged cheetah Cassidy is stolen by poachers. With tensions at a boiling point, Du Plessis realizes he has to use his remaining time to fix his ailing family. He persuades Dylan to fly them to Zimbabwe to rescue the cheetah, to prove to Danny that his future son-in-law is worthy. Meanwhile, Alice and Caroline hold the fort at Leopards Den. As the wedding approaches, Danny and Du Plessis set out on one last adventure with Rosie and Dylan. When the poacher's identity is revealed, Rosie is forced to fly the plane away from danger, and it looks as though Du Plessis has hatched his last disastrous plan. The Finale concludes with Rosie and Dylan's wedding, as Du Plessis slips quietly away to watch the sun set from the rocky outcrop over his beloved African bush, where years earlier he made the decision to invite the Trevanion Family to live with him at Leopards Den. With tears of love in her eyes, Caroline explains, "He'll always be here." Framed by the setting sun, Dup removes his hat and closes his eyes.
